Hamad international Airport - Doha

Since early 2002 CCM has supplied and installed high quality furniture for Qatar Airways and Doha International Airport then later with the Construction of the new Airport under the New Doha International Airports team (now Hamad International Airport) CCM was awarded two major Contracts for the supply of Counters, Canopies and Signage.

In 2008, CCM was awarded Contract Package 72 (CP72) for the supply of all Check-in Counters, Check-in Canopies for Economy as well as a unique First and Business Class Island. Working with Architects HOK from America on the Design and Engineering of the Economy Class Check-in Counters and Canopies and working with the Designers Antonio Citterio for the First and Business Class Check-in Counters and Canopies. CCM completed the Implementation on time and ready for the opening of the Airport in 2014. The Economy Class counters utilised high quality finishes and solid surface materials including back illuminated Onyx Stone while the Business Class Counters and Canopy utilised a completely Stone finish.

In 2008, CCM was awarded Contract Package 34 (CP34) for the supply of more than 11,000 Fixed Wayfinding, Plaques and Dynamic Signage both Internal and External within the Main Terminal Building, Concourses and Car Park. Working with Architects HOK for the Design and Engineering of the Signage, CCM provided all Signage on time and ready for the opening of the Airport in 2014. Included within the Signage Package were the illuminated Mega Signs installed in the central atrium of the Main Terminal Building. The Signage utilised Stainless Steel finish with a Mesh from Cambridge in the United States.

In 2012 and 2013, CCM was awarded the supply of Various Lounge Counters including Reception Counters, Food and Beverage Counters, Activity Nodes for Internet Access, Coffee Shop, and Retail Fit Outs for Travelex Currency Exchange.

In 2015 after the successful opening of the Airport, CCM was awarded Contract Package AWMW 3 for the Renovation and Replacement of Onyx Walls within the Main Terminal Building and Concourses. Each wall consisted of many hundreds of high quality Onyx Stone panels, back illuminated and installed in significant and important locations within each of the Concourses and Main Terminal Building.

In 2016, CCM was awarded the Contract to supply Hybrid Self Baggage Drop for the Qatar Airways Economy Check-in Area as a part of a Proof Of Concept Trial and later a further Contract to supply Twelve additional Hybrid Baggage Drops. The Hybrid Baggage Drops are installed on Check-in Row 3 and went operational in October 2018.
